Full-day Shimla tour after breakfast. Visit the Ridge, Scandal Point and Christ Church — one of North India's most iconic colonial landmarks. Hike or take the ropeway to Jakhu Temple (2,455m) for panoramic Himalayan views. Explore Mall Road shops and Lakkar Bazaar for wooden handicrafts. Evening free at leisure. Overnight Shimla.
Morning excursion to Kufri (2,622m) — skiing in winter, horse riding and hiking through the Himalayan Nature Park in summer. Drive to Chail — home to the world's highest cricket ground and the grand Chail Palace amid thick cedar forests. Return to Shimla for dinner. Overnight Shimla.
Early departure after breakfast. Scenic 260 km drive through the beautiful Kullu Valley along the Beas River, passing apple orchards and terraced farms. Stop at Kullu's famous Shawl factories and the serene Pandoh Dam. Arrive Manali by evening, check-in and explore Old Manali bazaar. Overnight Manali.
Full-day excursion to Solang Valley — India's premier snow activities hub. Try paragliding, zorbing, ATV rides and skiing (winter). Drive to Rohtang Pass (3,978m, seasonal permit required) for breathtaking panoramas of glaciers and the Lahaul Valley. Return via Beas Kund viewpoint. Overnight Manali.
Visit the 1,500-year-old Hadimba Devi Temple set among towering cedars. Explore Manu Temple and soak in the Vashisht Hot Springs. Optional river rafting on the Beas (Grade II–III). Visit the Tibetan Monastery and browse Mall Road for local handicrafts and dried fruits. Overnight Manali.
After breakfast, hotel check-out and begin the scenic return drive to Chandigarh via Mandi and Bilaspur (310 km, ~8 hrs). En-route stop at the beautiful Sundernagar Lake for photographs. Rohtang Pass (3,978m) may cause mild altitude sickness. Stay hydrated, don't rush and carry basic altitude medicine. Our guides are trained to assist.
Mobile Connectivity
BSNL and Airtel work best in Himachal. Jio has limited coverage in upper areas. Download offline maps and carry a power bank.
Money Matters
Carry sufficient cash — ATMs in Shimla and Manali town are available but may be limited in remote spots. Small shops are cash-only.
Rohtang Permit
Rohtang Pass requires a permit (₹500/car, applied online 24 hrs prior). Only 1,200 non-local vehicles allowed per day. We handle all bookings.
Mountain Safety
